The Louisiana Retailers Association is the heart of Louisiana's community retail industry. Since 1946, the LRA has been instrumental in influencing legislative change, providing invaluable resources to Louisiana's retail industry. In other words, we pass laws that support retailers statewide, and we work to defeat any laws that are detrimental to the retail industry. The Association is dedicated to bringing our members cost effective ways to operate their business along with aggressive representation at the State Legislature, Congress and government agencies.
The Louisiana Retailers Association nurtures the retail climate, creating a favorable business environment. We partner with state and local agencies and other business associations to foster an environment where retailers have an opportunity to grow and prosper.
